We love a challenge and getting a new brand up and running in a very short amount of time was certainly one that we met with relish! We were approached by V&H Homes to create and launch their new brand with the aim of being the best estate agent in the area. We started by developing a simple and easily recognisable identity to reflect the company’s strengths; dependable, confident and expert. Including a graphic device as part of the design was a key consideration, signage features heavily in this industry. A device had to work for standout.

The position of the local office is in a very visible location with a high footfall, so the shop interior and fascia design was a fantastic opportunity to give V&H maximum stand-out. The slightly raised moulded gel logo is a simple but effective treatment.
Working closely with the V&H team we rolled out the new brand across a variety of touch points, from a fleet of branded cars , sales literature and documentation, stationery, environment branding, marketing collateral and of course, signage.
V&H homes are in a massively competitive market where a strong, active brand presence is crucial. To maintain vital market presence we launch ongoing integrated quarterly marketing campaigns. Through targeted messaging that is memorable, impactful and intriguing, rolled out consistently we have helped build the V&H Homes brand into a popular household name.
As part of the project we looked at their website. Apart from the main purpose of encouraging people to buy and sell property it is a great opportunity to boast about V&H Homes’ local expert knowledge and impressive sales figures to win potential clients over.
